Richard worked in Human Resources in Corporate America for over twenty five years. In 1993 he decided to use his professional expertise to open his own HR consulting firm. Soon after, Richard found his niche to be Affirmative Action Plans. That has been his focus and passion ever since.
Richard’s specialty is providing complete, audit ready Affirmative Action Plans for a wide variety of organizations ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 200, from California to Puerto Rico. His experience spans more than 25 years as a Human Resource Generalist, Leader, and Consultant. This broad exposure has given him a thorough understanding of the practical challenges organizations face in complying with the myriad of statutes, orders, and regulations related to Affirmative Action compliance and the ability to advise clients from a deep base of experience with local, state, and federal compliance agencies.
