Our service consists of 12 months of comprehensive consulting services relative to the development, implementation and ongoing staff support of audit-ready Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) including: Development of the AAP statistical package. The package includes Workforce Analysis, Job Group Analysis, Availability Analysis, Utilization Summary, Annual Goals, Compensation Analysis, Goals Progress and Adverse Impact Analysis Preparation, support, editing and updating your AAP narratives, including job postings, letters to referral sources and related documents.
